Dr. Joseph Walter is an experienced human resource manager, with over 10 years of experience managing over 1500 employees, which made him to transform employee related issues to positive change to organizations he was employed. From personnel officer to Vice-President of human resources was his ranking. His duties include networking and responding with clients, ensuring employees growth and satisfaction as well as communicating with top level management the needs of all level growth. His major contribution was pushing for transitioning to a fully computerized system that tracks employee performance reviews, meetings, scheduled feedback and payroll.
Joseph Walter graduated from Phoenix International University in 2002 with a Bachelor of Management and a MBA. He obtained his PhD in Management from University Utara Malaysia. During his thesis writing, he worked as a part-time lecturer at UUM and various colleges. He still does part-time lecturing. He is very active member of Malaysia Crime Prevention Foundation (MCPF). His portfolio as an Exco member includes setting crime prevention clubs at Universities and local colleges. He was successful in setting crime prevention clubs at Unisel, Uniten and Sunway University. His mission is to fight against crime and say no to drugs.
