Dr Goh holds a Master in Commerce from the University of Adelaide and a Doctorate in Management from the University of Newcastle, Australia. Prior entering academia, he worked in a manufacturing firm and events management company. Currently he is a Programme Director for the Undergraduate studies at Taylor’s Business School and he is overseeing programmes from the area of marketing and management. In addition, he is also an academician teaching the undergraduate and postgraduate programmes at Taylor’s University.
He is also currently supervising a few PhD scholars and a few Masters students. His research interests spans a wide variety of organisational behaviour, knowledge management, social network marketing, and behavioural science. He is an active reviewer for international journals and conferences. He currently sits in the review committee of Electronic Journal of Knowledge Management. He has presented many research papers at international conference where he has received several international awards. These include the ‘best paper’ at the AIB MENA conference in Dubai and another at World Business and Economic Research Conference in Auckland. He is a member of the Academy of International Business and also a fellow of the World Business Institute.
